CHALLENGE:
Sudden temperature changes and ultraviolet radiation destroy concrete, and moisture penetrates into the floors, causing corrosion of the reinforcement and leaks into living spaces.
SOLUTION:
The solution to the problem consisted of five sequential stages: preparing the base, creating the correct slope, installing a reliable gutter, applying an elastic coating, and final protection.
