1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service («Terms») govern the use of this website and any services provided by Danket Plus («Company», «we», «us»), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

The Company provides polyurea waterproofing, spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation and related protective coating services for commercial, industrial and residential projects across Dubai and the wider United Arab Emirates. Service scope, pricing, materials and timelines are confirmed separately in a written quotation or contract for each project.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting a contact form, WhatsApp message or email enquiry does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only once a written quotation, proposal or contract is accepted in writing by both parties.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, site access, and any documentation (drawings, BOQ, permits) reasonably required for the Company to assess and perform the works.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, milestones and applicable UAE VAT are set out in the individual project quotation or contract and are governed by the terms agreed in that document.

6. Warranties

Any warranty on materials or workmanship is limited to the terms explicitly stated in the relevant project contract or manufacturer documentation, and does not extend beyond what is stated there.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of UAE law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is the property of Danket Plus or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
